BEHIND THE CAMERA
Nature is beautiful.
And for those of us fortunate enough to live and play in and around northern New Hampshire,
well, we find that beauty every day just outside our doors.
Berlin, New Hampshire (area code 603), resident Denise Bergeron has had a lifelong appreciation of the natural world and has a passion for photographing its wonders. A hobby photographer, she takes her camera everywhere when hiking, kayaking, snowshoeing and even just on short woodsy walks. Having such easy access to forests, mountains and bodies of water offers daily opportunities for adventure. Joining her on every journey, usually pointing out great photo opportunities, is Jimmy Morin, without whom she wouldn’t notice nearly as much beauty in the world.
Over the years, hiking many miles, and through several Canon cameras, Denise has amassed a collection of favorite photos which she has gathered in a series simply called Nature. Since nature has so many facets, so does this collection: animals, land- and water-scapes, trees, flowers and even a rock or two. There is beauty all over the world, and travel is fun, so a few photos in this collection were taken outside New Hampshire's 603 area code.
